These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 1 TAP AI WEB, a website creation and publishing platform operated by 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED ("1 TAP WORLD", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing a subscription or using 1 TAP AI WEB, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

1 TAP AI WEB provides tools that enable users to create, customise, manage and publish websites.

Depending on the applicable plan, the Service may include:

Features may vary according to the subscription plan.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to use certain features.

You agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your password;
  • maintaining account confidentiality;
  • all activities performed through your account; and
  • notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

You must not share your account credentials in a manner that violates your subscription or these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Free Plan

Where a free plan is offered, the free plan may be subject to:

  • storage limitations;
  • template limitations;

  • branding;

  • other limitations communicated on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free-plan features.

5. Paid Plans

Prices, taxes, billing cycles and features will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • applicable taxes may be charged separately;
  • subscriptions may require renewal;
  • access is conditional upon successful payment; and
  • failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

6. Website Publishing

The user is responsible for reviewing a website before publishing it.

Once published, the user is responsible for ensuring that the website contains accurate and lawful information.

We do not guarantee that every website created using the Service will achieve:

  • search-engine rankings;
  • traffic;
  • sales;
  • leads;
  • conversions;
  • revenue;
  • advertising approval;
  • search-engine indexing; or
  • any specific commercial result.

7. Custom Domains

Where custom-domain functionality is provided, users may connect a domain they own or are authorised to use.

The user is responsible for:

  • domain ownership;
  • domain renewal;
  • DNS configuration where applicable;
  • trademark rights;
  • domain-related disputes; and
  • compliance with domain-registration policies.

We may assist with technical configuration but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party domain.

8. Templates

1 TAP AI WEB may provide professionally designed website templates.

Templates may be modified, updated, replaced or discontinued.

Users may customise templates according to the functionality available in their subscription.

Template designs and underlying platform technology remain the intellectual property of 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate text, layouts, suggestions, images or other content using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated material is provided as an assistance tool.

You are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

You must not rely solely on AI-generated content for:

  • legal advice;
  • medical advice;
  • financial advice;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • professional advice;
  • factual claims; or
  • other high-risk decisions.

10. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you upload.

You must not upload content that:

  • infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • violates privacy rights;
  • contains unlawful material;
  • promotes fraud;
  • contains malicious code;
  • impersonates another person;
  • violates applicable law;
  • promotes illegal activity; or
  • violates the rights of third parties.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not use 1 TAP AI WEB to:

  • conduct unlawful activities;
  • distribute malware;
  • conduct phishing;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • host fraudulent websites;
  • operate scams;
  • distribute illegal content;
  • infringe copyright or trademarks;
  • circumvent security measures;
  • interfere with the platform;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • abuse platform resources;
  • send unlawful spam; or
  • otherwise misuse the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

12. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, interface, technology, designs, branding, logos, templates, documentation and underlying systems are owned by or licensed to 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your permitted subscription period.

13. User Website Content

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to any third-party rights.

You grant 1 TAP WORLD a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display and technically reproduce such content as necessary to provide the Service.

14. White-Label / Client Websites

Where a plan permits white-label use, such use is subject to the specific plan and licence provided.

White-label functionality does not transfer ownership of 1 TAP AI WEB's underlying technology, software, templates or infrastructure.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services including:

  • domain providers;
  • payment gateways;
  • analytics services;
  • AI providers;
  • hosting infrastructure;
  • communication services; and
  • other external services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable availability of the Service.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Service availability may be affected by:

  • maintenance;
  • upgrades;
  • technical failures;
  • internet infrastructure;
  • hosting providers;
  • cyber incidents;

17. Suspension and Termination

18. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to paid features may cease.

Where applicable, published websites may become unavailable after the relevant subscription or hosting period ends.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important website content.

19. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 TAP WORLD does not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available;
  • websites will always remain online;
  • AI-generated content will be accurate;
  • websites will rank on search engines;
  • websites will generate business;
  • websites will generate leads;
  • websites will generate revenue;
  • third-party services will remain available; or
  • every feature will operate without interruption or errors.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from use of the Service.

This may include loss of:

  • profits;
  • revenue;
  • business opportunities;
  • goodwill;
  • data; or
  • expected savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, employees and representatives from claims arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Service;
  • your website content;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • violation of these Terms; or
  • misuse of the platform.

22. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features of the Service.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes affecting paid users may be communicated through the platform or registered contact information.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Company's applicable place of business in India.
